Christopher Morris, CPI®
Welcome to ATD Home Inspections – where Attention to Detail isn’t just our name, it’s our promise. Born and raised in Central Florida, I’ve spent over 25 years building and remodeling homes and commercial spaces across the state and beyond. I framed and helped construct more than 350 residential homes while running my own framing company for 7 years, contracting directly with major builders like Lennar, D.R. Horton, KB Home, and Cambridge Homes.
From stick to finish, I’ve personally worked on nearly every system in a house: roofing, structural framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more. My experience extends far beyond residential. I’ve worked on large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including building the largest structure on the Florida’s Natural juicing campus and leading complete remodels for over 30 McDonald’s locations during the McCafé rollout (concrete saw-cutting, new plumbing and electrical rough-in, tile, millwork, drop ceilings, and final finishes). For four years I served as Lead Installer for an international F.E.C. company, traveling to over 40 states and four continents to manage complex installations. I also went to college for a degree in Engineering Technology with a focus in alternative energy.
After experiencing disappointing home inspections on my own properties, I made it my mission to raise the bar. With hands-on mastery of virtually every component in a home, becoming a home inspector wasn’t just a career change; it was the logical next step to protect buyers with the thorough, honest, and detailed inspections they deserve.
